This special day for Nichole and Derrick started and ended with so much love. Driving up to the family property that had been set up for the wedding, I was excited to see the couple and to get started documenting this beautiful location and all the people in it. The cool breeze was about as relaxed as the vibe of this wedding and it was a wonderful feeling.
Practically every “vendor” was a family member who came in to help with the couple’s celebration. I quickly learned upon talking to several different friends and family members about so many guests had chipped in to make this dream wedding happen for the couple. They all told me praises of Nichole and Derrick and how much they deserve every bit of the love of support that showed up.
Nichole is such a vibrant individual that is truly someone who is unapologetically herself. She is also so humble, loving and affectionate. Derrick is so gracious and treats Nichole like the queen she is. Together with their kids, it is no wonder why there wasn’t a dry eye in the audience during their wedding vows under that archway. These are two incredible individuals who have made three wonderful kids and I hope there is nothing but great things for them.
They did their wedding 100% authentic to who they are as a couple and I freaking love them for that.
