“People always do crazy things, when they’re in love.”
When Ashleigh got out of the car she looked at me and said “you’re going to think that we are crazy”. After jumping in the car with them, I knew that Ashleigh and Sean were my kind of crazy. Balloons, Mickey Mouse hats, Costume changes, old toys. This wasn’t my average engagement session and I ended up being totally ok with it. I’ve never spent so much time hanging out with a couple, and in the end feeling like I really made friends here.
We ran around bonding over our favorite Disney movies, as it turns out (quite obviously) Ashleigh and Sean were Disney freaks like me. In fact they might actually beat me, which is definitely an achievement. We had some hilarious conversations about things I don’t think I can really post on a blog. We instantly hit it off and then enjoyed a great dinner at the Cliff House which is where Sean actually proposed to Ashleigh.
Shoots like this make me leave on my trip home with such a high of how blessed I am. Like pinch me, please. Is this my life? Do I make a living hanging out with such great people? It becomes unreal at times.
So stoked for their wedding in October. It’s going to be an absolute blast.
